A week ago the east coast got some real early snow in New England with 14 inches hitting parts of VT and NH. It’s time to start watching shred vids from your cube and dreaming of weekends of powder and parties in the mountains. You can catch Zoot shredding Killington, VT on any given weekend. Here’s the teasers for some this years best vids Personally, I’m probably going to pick up the DC flick because it looks all around good and The Finger On Da Trigger flick because I need to get more thug in my shred style. Maybe I’ll get the Jeremy Jones movie because it’s like no other film before it with the adventurementary thing going on.

MFM FINGER ON DA TRIGGER – “THE ARENA”
For all you shreddin thugs out there. FODT keeps proving that hip hop is a driver of style and flow in snowboarding and this trailer shows it. 45 second mark roof slide = dynamite.

DC – “BCKCOUNTRY”
DC gets larger but still never fails to encompass what drives the shred scene. This movie show all the little kid fun and creativity that is a shredding the mountain with good time buddies.

ABSINTHE FILMS – “NOWHERE”
Absinthe puts out another epic. Expect a ton of heli scenes and big names and it might even be a theater near you.

Jeremy Jones & TGR – “Deeper”
Jeremy Jones, the veteran puts together a movie for those who love the backcountry soul of snowboarding. This film mixes adventure and survival with backcountry snowboarding. More of a documentary than your normal shred flick.
