Spike Jonze directed the video for Jay-Z and Kanye West’s catchy “Otis” track from their Watch the Throne album. The verdict is still out as to how I actually feel about this album, but this tune is pretty catchy, and Spike went all Mad Max with the car reconstruct.

For twelve years, director Ian Palmer has documented the brutal, bare-knuckle duels between these feuding Irish Traveler families, but they’ve been at it for generations.

Knuckle focuses on the secretive, seldom-seen community’s two brothers who have to fight for “their reputations and the honour of their family name” and it looks like it’s going to get bloody, dramatic and philosophical.

The doc hits UK theaters August 5th, has been picked up for North American distribution and is being considered for a fictionalized feature that is likely to swap out the authentic, gritty fight footage of the film with something sleek and thereby less exciting.

This is getting out of hand. What season is this anyway? 5, 6? Pretty soon this is going to end up like the Death Wish franchise.

Skater Josh Maready managed to capture some pretty good footage with a camera mounted under his deck. He rolls though the streets of NYC, eventually making its way to the smoother surfaces of a skatepark, where it starts soaring.

This is the new trailer for Kevin Smith’s Red State. This really diminished my hopes of seeking out horny cougars from the Internet for a fun filled Friday night.
