Puma’s Hardchorus Challenge Displays Countries Passion For Soccer, America Obviously Left Out

03 Jun 2010, written by Revelation 0 Comments

Recently Puma held a contest for the best Hardchorus in Europe, and since we as Americans know nothing about real soccer here are some awesome super fans. In honor of the World Cup’s impending start, here are a bunch of Europeans getting way more pumped about soccer than the U.S. will ever be. France ended up being the winner, Germany 2nd place, England 3rd place, Italy 4th place, below are all 4, you be the judge. I actually thought England was the best, but either way these videos are awesome and they are filled with guys that look like they have killed people before and would easily beat your American ass real quick.

Drunken Freakness At The Preakness

25 May 2010, written by Revelation 1 Comments

Leave the horse racing and hot girls in big hats to the Kentucky Derby because Preakness is all about getting completely hammered. We’ve rounded up drunk pictures so incriminating that you’ll be amazed that they even got put online. With The Belmont race coming up close to our home of New Jersey we will defiantly be attending in hopes it is even half as crazy as the Preakness, and judging by the pictures I dont think it will at all but one can only hope. Zootpatrol will defiantly be attending Preakness next year with out a doubt. Until then enjoy these ridiculous photos and videos of the madness. P.S. You know how good it would feel to peg someone in the head running full speed on top of a porta-potty and knocking them off unconscious, probably feels like throwing a Super Bowl touchdown pass in the last minute of the 4th quarter.

Liquid Mountaineering – Walking On Water

13 May 2010, written by Revelation 2 Comments

Liquid Mountaineering is a new sport which is attempting to achieve what man has tried to do for centuries: walk on water. Or to be more precise: running on water. A group of guys are developing the sport from scratch. By accident they found out that with the right water repellent equipment you can run across bodies of water, just like a stone skimming the surface. I don’t really see this catching on to be the next big sport, but it is pretty rad and defiantly worth trying out, I could imagine it feeling pretty awesome to get your Jesus on for about 9 steps. You can check out the inventors blog found here for more information and videos.

Catching Huge Waves

15 Apr 2010, written by Revelation 0 Comments

I’ve always been a huge fan of human beings throwing their bodies in front of 40 foot walls of awesome natural power. These photos are in my opinion just downright insane. I certainly wouldn’t have the balls, nads, pebbles to do what these men are doing. Click the images to see full size, and be sure to check out the first person view video at the bottom to really catch a glimpse of the experience of catching a massive wave and trucking through a barrel, while finishing it off with a swam dive, ridiculous.

5 Year Old At Fenway Park Opening Day Speach

05 Apr 2010, written by Revelation 0 Comments

If you remember that that video of the little boy reenacting the “Miracle On Ice” speech, well his name is Joshua Sacco and he was back for opening day at Fenway last night. He performed the same speech but put a little twist on it to make it fitting for the Boston Redsox. I’ve seen the original video of this kid, which you can see here, but this still got me going even though I hate the Redsox, I’m a Yankees fan but I’ll give them credit on this one, well done.

Marek Born Home Alone, Freestyling Soccer Master

18 Mar 2010, written by Revelation 0 Comments

This video might be old to some by now but it’s a slow day and I’m in Vegas about to spend my last 300 dollars on a lap dance and a pina colada so I don’t really have the energy to find anything cooler to be honest. Marek Born spent three years preparing for this clip — some of the painful training footage is included in this compilation alongside equally painful music. He really gets it in though at 1:00 into it.

The Complete History Of Air Jordans

24 Feb 2010, written by Revelation 0 Comments

Only rarely would any sane man pay over $200 for a pair of shoes that were not imported from Italy and made from ancient leather. But what would you say if I told you that some people do this every week and blow an entire paycheck on gym shoes alone? You would say those people are obsessed with playing basketball, but then I’d tell you that they were just buying Air Jordans and you’d come to your senses and go out and buy the next new pair valued over $300.

For nearly 25 years now, Michael Jordan has had his name imprinted on these shoes. Beginning in 1984 in Jordan’s first year out of college, Nike knew they had struck quite the deal when they signed MJ to endorse their new pair of basketball sneakers. Little did they know that they had just signed a deal with the greatest player in basketball history and that their shoes would be breaking the bank for decades to come.

It is 2010 now and the 25th anniversary pair of Air Jordan’s are due to come out within the next week. But first, let us see where it all began.

Air Jordan 1

First released in March of 1985. When Jordan brought these out for the first time they were banned by the NBA. Apparently the red and black were not a part of the color scheme of NBA regulation sneakers, but little did the management know that they would soon be worshiping the player wearing them as somebody finally made the NBA something worth watching and talking about.

Air Jordan 2

Not exactly the most eye-popping of the Jordan brand, but he averaged 37 points per game and won his first dunk contest in these bad boys. Buying these shoes will not allow you to jump higher than usual, but you’ll certainly feel a spring in your step (it might come from being 2 bills lighter, but none the less.)

Shaun White’s Private Pipe – Red Bull Project X

22 Feb 2010, written by Revelation 0 Comments

Located seven miles away from Silverton Mountain, Red Bull constructed a perfect halfpipe by dropping explosives from a helicopter to trigger landslides before having the world’s best pipe-shaper come in to finish up the job. You read that right – they threw bombs from helis. Finally, they added a 7,000 block foam pit at the bottom of the half pipe for Shaun to practice his insane/amazing gravity-defying tricks into. All this so that White could develop his latest moves in complete secrecy, hidden away from the prying eyes of his competitors. Yeah, we’re blown away, too.

Check out RedBull’s site here dedicated to the secret project to watch Shaun’s new moves and learn about how Project X all came together.

Lindsey Vonn Wins Gold, And Is Really Hot

18 Feb 2010, written by Revelation 0 Comments

Lindsey Vonn didn’t just become the first American woman to win the Olympic downhill, with a time of 1 minute 44.19 seconds. She did it with a pestering shin injury which she explained was very painful. Vonn edged out her American teammate Julia Mancuso by .56 seconds. After Vonn crossed the finish line she slid onto her back and started yelling and screaming in joy. She didn’t have it locked there yet, she had to watch a few more girls crash and burn before she was officially awarded the gold. Not only is she a gold medalist but Vonn is super hot, as seen by these pictures below, Wowzers. Congrats to all the other Americans who won gold last night setting a single day record, Shaun White, Apolo Anton Ohno, Shani Davis, and of course Vonn.
