The Expendables was a pretty awesome testosterone jacked movies made specifically for men. It was boarding on corny, but had just enough bad ass dudes to keep it cool. Now comes part 2. Norris is in it, as well as Van Dam. It has to be good, right?

Its kind of funny that with the change of a lens, and some pull back, various forms of transportation all of a sudden look like little toys. Pretty cool shot at 11th Avenue on Manhattan’s West Side.

Im not really one for getting all cutesy on things (IM A MAN DAMNIT!) but this is amazing. This video comes in anticipation to the new series Baby Sloths which will air on the 17th of December.

I have yet to convert to the iPhone, and something about this whole Siri craze is a bit too Blade Runner for me. How far do we have to go before we realize we should all start training immediately for the robot revolution. I know I sound nuts, but when Siri starts mouthing the lyrics to one of the all time classic hip hop jams, you know things are going too far. With that being said, Siri got some skills!

Google made this cool self promoting video based on the most searched topics of 2011. Look, Google, we know your awesome, and can calculate pretty much everything, but relax. Your making everyone else look bad. This video is amazing.

Paramount Pictures are celebrating their 100th Anniversary, and what better way to celebrate than to revamp your logo.

All studio logos get a little nip and tuck over the years and Paramount is no stranger to that concept. I watched Home Alone the other night, and the Fox logo looks like I drew it, in third grade.

The press release from the studio is below:

“Paramount Pictures today unveiled a new company logo that commemorates the studio’s 100th Anniversary in show business. The new logo can be seen on the new Tom Cruise starrer, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – GHOST PROTOCOL. The movie will open in IMAX and on other premium large format screens on Friday, December 16th and in theatres everywhere on December 21st.”

“The studio’s first logo, a symbol of a rugged, snow-covered peak from the Wasatch mountain range, was created in 1916. The 100th Anniversary logo was created by Devastudios, Inc.”

“Paramount will use the logo throughout its centennial year in 2012. Beginning in 2013, the wording about the 100th anniversary will be removed from the logo, with the rest of the design remaining in use.”
