The Adventures Of Mr. Fly

A boy from the chocolate and waffle country – Belgium – made Mr. Fly into a celebrity.

As written in JPG magazine Nicholas met Mr. Gerald Fly in his garden while shooting some cliché flowers. As always, there was a sob story to follow: Over the years Mr. Fly degraded from a successful cab driver to a poor lonely insect as he had 173 wives who cost him a fortune on make-up and clothing. Not to mention his 2184 kids, who all needed money for education and iPods. So Nicholas offered him a job as his new photography model.

And I have to admit that both Nicholas and Mr. Fly are very talented in what they do. If you’d like to see more photos by Nicholas, his Flickr gallery can be found here.

Now This Is Some “Fly” Art

Very simple and creative Magnus Muhr takes an unusual approach on photography by using dead flies. Muhr, from Sweden, has a very extensive portfolio, but his dead fly photography has been all the rave lately. I’m going to practice this same type of photography but instead of dead flies I’m going to use dead humans, it’s going to be a huge hit. Have a good weekend zooties and zoothians.
